Buying your piece of Paradise!
The Home Buying Process ... DO YOU BELIEVE I CAN FIND YOUR DREAM HOME?
We live and work on a chain of Islands known as "The Keys" that make up our Place in Paradise. As your Buyer Representative, I will personally guide you through the subtle nuances that each Key has to offer and together we'll find Properties through the Multiple Listing Service for you to preview.
I will also assist you with locating Financial Institutions familiar with our Community that can help you with the lending process. A Pre-Qualification or Pre-Approved Loan will make your offer appealing to sellers.
Once we have narrowed down the properties you are interested in, I will compile a "Buyers Comparable Market Analysis". This will showcase the Features and Benefits of each property in an easy to view format for comparison, before writing an offer on Your Piece of Paradise.|
When you have chosen the Property of your Dreams we'll submit an offer in writing that I will present on your behalf along with an Earnest Money Deposit to be held in Escrow while we wait on an acceptance from the seller.
When the seller accepts your offer, time is of the essence and there are critical dates that must be met. I will assist you through the process of Financing, Second Escrow and Due Diligence where you will need to assign your inspections, necessary insurances, and any other pertinent requirements.
Finally, The Closing Day! I will personally attend your closing and accompany you on your Final Walk-Through of the Property to ensure everything goes smoothly and effortlessly.
