At Coldwell Banker Schmitt, it is our policy to offer you the highest and best possible service, therefore I will personally guide you through our Listing Agreement, Marketing Addendum, Seller Services Guarantee and our Sellers Disclosure. As your "Single Agent", it is my duty to represent your best Interest.
Once you have signed the contract, I will immediately go to work for you! I personally prospect for financially capable customers, as well as notifying other agents who may already have a buyer for your property. Your property will be featured in the Multiple Listing Service with a Virtual Tour, and advertised in Local Print Media, Websites, The Coldwell Banker Schmitt Buyers Guide, and the Prestigious Coldwell Banker Sign will be displayed in a prominent location!
I will notify you and make arrangements to show the property to Pre-Qualified Buyers, making sure the CUSTOMERS(s) is aware of all the Features and Benefits it has to offer. I will personally attend all showings even when another agent is involved and present all offers.

Once we have a Signed Contract and an Earnest Money Deposit in Escrow, time is of the essence.
I will maintain constant contact with you ensuring all pertinent requirements are met during the Due Diligence Process.
I will personally attend the "Buyers Final Walk Through" and represent you from Contract to Closing.
